

Monday night run
this is our social run. Open to everyone. Fun and easy-paced. While talking is encouraged, if you do run with headphones, that’s ok (wear one or have it at a volume you can still hear us), and sometimes, someone comes with a speaker. We loop the Washington Heights area and sometimes go into the Bronx.

WRU WEDNESDAYS
For those that want to run a little faster or push yourself a little more. WRU Wednesdays is a “faster” RUN THROUGH the neighborhood. SPEED IS RELATIVE, SO ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.

Miles & Mocha
Long runs are the cornerstone of endurance training, essential for building fitness, muscular stamina, and mental toughness. This is for building your base. At your pace, run with friends or on OYO.
